The Lakshadweep archipelago is fishable year-round if weather permits. However during the South-West Monsoon (June, July & August) the weather is very unpredictable so we rest the waters entirely. March is usually the warmest month of the year with temperatures between 28-35 ˚C (84-95 ˚F). We operate from the beginning of October through end of April.
The southwest monsoon is generally expected to begin around the beginning of June and fade away by the end of September. The Arabian Sea as well as the Lakshadweep Archipelago are the first areas to be hit by this weather phenomena, thus making the area the first region in India to receive rain from the Southwest Monsoon.
