Cochin International Airport (IATA : COK, ICAO: VOCI) is the gateway airport. All prospective Lakshadweep anglers have to be in Cochin/India in time. Cochin Int. Airport is also the gateway for the domestic transfer to Agatti. In case your schedule requires an overnight stay in the area, 4 and 5 star resorts are in close proximity to the Airport. We do recommend the Marriot Courtyard Cochin Airport.

Bitra has a First Aid Centre under the supervision of Medical Officer, Chetlat. The gateway Island, Agatti, has a medical facility called “Rajiv gandhi speciality hospital”. Every Island has a helipad for emergency evacuation – Medical Evac Helicopters are both located on Agatti and Kavaratti.
